The Bread From Heaven Café (BFHC) volunteers are making a public appeal with the hope that we would be able to quickly raise enough funding to obtain a PERMANENT, long-term storage place for our charitable outreach.
 
With the help of our community organizations, one of the local churches has offered us a PERMANENT space on their property where we can build/install a PANTRY STORAGE SHED.
 
Thanks to the generosity of the church, they will be hosting us free of charge, which would allow us to continue our charitable work without interruption or being in danger of having to stop or completely terminate our outreach.
 
Since 2006 we had been operating a SOUP KITCHEN once a week, preparing hot and nutritious food, hosting 120-150 people for lunch every week and providing a communal space to gather at the Knights of Columbus hall.
 
For the rest of the week, volunteers were preparing and delivered daily food packages mostly to the very needy, disabled, homebound and those that had no transportation of their own. Our volunteers drove more than 15,000 miles and delivered 12,000-13,000 food packages a year.
 
All the outreach we do is as a nonprofit charity operated by unpaid volunteers and 100% of the donations go toward the BFHC expenses.
With your HELP, we could quickly purchase a large garden shed to suit our needs which has already been approved by the church and the Township permit has been issued.

For your information
At the present time we had to reduce the number of our weekly food recipients due to a dramatic down-sized resource. We will do our best we can do in order to preserve our nonprofit status and comply with the statutory requirements to ensure that we can continue helping the less fortunate people among us who depend on our help.
